- Limited technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes standard server information (such as IP address and browser type) for security, fraud/abuse prevention, and reliable delivery of the website. We do not use this data to build profiles of visitors.
We do not use cookies, web analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking technologies on this website. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or for any cross-context behavioral advertising purpose.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about it. Where required (for example, for visitors in the EU/UK), our legal bases are your consent (which you give via the consent checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Technical/security data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who we share it with (service providers)
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website on our behalf, under contractual data-protection terms:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and bot-protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare processes technical data and form submissions in transit.
- Our email/transactional-delivery provider — used to deliver your contact-form message to our inbox.
These providers act as our processors under a data processing agreement (DPA). We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We retain contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records — ordinarily no more than 24 months — after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing business relationship.
How we protect it
The website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we apply security headers and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
